Through his interest in affordable and workforce housing, he has built a company, Kennedy Properties & Development, that focuses on providing affordable housing options in North and South Carolina including the Charlotte, Statesville, and Myrtle Beach markets.
Marcus Kornegay
A technologist and strategist with 20 years of leadership experience in information technology. Marcus is focused on residential and commercial real estate with multiple investment properties in North Carolina, Washington D.C., Maryland and Ohio. His most recent pursuit is centered on building affordable and attainable housing communities with the goal of accelerating economic mobility for the underserved.
